Core & More
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Improve your functional everyday movement by strengthening your core, spine, and pelvis in my Pilates-inspired small group class.
While the core is the primary focus, "Core & More" will balance exercises that work the upper and lower body to improve overall strength, toning and stability.
To guarantee a small group class experience, participation is limited to six.
Women of all ages are welcome!

Tai Chi is a slow, gentle practice fostering a mind-body connection. It will improve your balance, coordination, range of motion, and promote relaxation.
In this class you will experience how each movement flows into the next, a seamless transition often described as meditation in motion. Discover the gentle yet powerful truth: 'Motion is lotion.’
